Every active, verified account can use the safe market research tools. Eligible agents also see their permitted CRM tools, while super admins see the administration tools already allowed by their account. Tool discovery and every call use current role, policy, agency, and record-level access checks.

Data and side effects: market research is aggregated and excludes seller contact details. Eligible CRM and administration tools can return only the records the signed-in account can access and can make explicit changes. Agent writes require a caller-generated idempotency key; publishing remains a separate high-impact action.

Example prompts:

• Compare the median asking price per square metre for two-bedroom apartments in Cluj-Napoca over the last six months.
• Find my open leads looking for a two-bedroom apartment, then show the matching criteria for the first one.
• Create a draft sale apartment from these details, but do not publish it.
• If I am a super admin, show the open identity-resolution proposals assigned to me.

Authorization and revocation

The connector uses browser-based OAuth with PKCE. Access is granted only to this connector resource. Legacy split connector credentials are not accepted here, and this credential is not accepted by legacy endpoints.

Users can disconnect IMO360 in their MCP client and revoke connected applications from their IMO360 account security settings. Account suspension or permission changes take effect on subsequent calls.
